Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Jahziah Practice is operated by InterfaceLab OÜ, registry code 17448288, registered in Estonia on 2 March 2026, with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Estonia. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company. You can reach us at contact@jahziah.app.

2. The service

Jahziah Practice is an independent study app for the Saudi Jahziah (جاهزية) engineering readiness assessment. It provides practice questions with explanations, timed mock exams, spaced review and progress tracking, in Arabic and English.

The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ETEC (the Saudi Education and Training Evaluation Commission), and it is not the official exam. All questions are independent practice material, not official exam questions.

3. Your account

You need an account to save progress and to subscribe. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and use your account for yourself only. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account & settings.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are the final amount you pay. Because we sell to consumers across the Kingdom and abroad, we show a single inclusive figure; we are not currently registered for VAT, and no VAT is added at checkout.

There are two plans: a Season Pass — one payment of SAR 79 that covers you for 12 months from purchase, with no automatic renewal — and a Monthly plan at SAR 19 per month. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard card, or with Apple Pay on supported devices. We never see or store your card details.

5. Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial of 50 practice questions and one timed mock exam, with no time limit. No card is required. When the trial questions are used up, you need a plan to keep practising; if you do not choose one, practice and mocks stop until you subscribe, and your account, progress and data stay available to you.

6. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

The Monthly plan renews automatically every month and we charge your saved payment method each month until you cancel. You can cancel whenever you like from Account & settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.

The Season Pass is a single payment. It does not renew and nothing is charged after it. It covers you for 12 months (365 days) from the moment of purchase.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a Season Pass is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the app; a Monthly period, once charged and used, is not refunded, though you may cancel to stop the next charge. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have by law.

8. Promotional codes and discounts

We may offer promotional codes to eligible students. A code is for one account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if it is misused. Where a code gives free months on the Monthly plan, the discount applies only while it lasts; when it ends, the normal monthly price applies automatically unless you cancel before the free period finishes.

9. Acceptable use

Do not share your account, copy or resell the question bank, scrape the app, or try to break its security. The material is for your own preparation. It is not for use in the exam itself or to misrepresent your own work.

10. Content and availability

We improve the question bank and may add, correct or withdraw material at any time. We aim to keep the app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may suspend it for maintenance. Questions are practice material and are being reviewed continuously.

11. What we do not promise

We provide study tools and practice. We do not and cannot guarantee any exam result, score, admission or qualification. Your outcome depends on your own work and on the exam itself.

12. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if the law or the service changes. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when this version took effect.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If you are in Saudi Arabia and are unhappy with us, you can raise it with the Ministry of Commerce after contacting us first. Please write to us before escalating, so we can put it right.
