Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a free trial of 50 practice questions and one full timed mock, with no time limit and no card. You use it at your own pace: every discipline, every explanation and the spaced-review queue. When the questions are used up you choose a plan to keep going.
What is the difference between the Season Pass and Monthly?
The Season Pass is a single payment that covers you for 12 months — no automatic renewal, so nothing is charged after it ends. Monthly is a smaller recurring payment you can cancel whenever you like.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard card, or with Apple Pay on supported devices. We never see or store your card details.
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
It stays saved. When you subscribe again — this cycle or the next — your answers, notes, mastery and mock history are exactly where you left them. You can also export everything at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the billing portal in your account settings. A monthly plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for; a Season Pass simply does not renew.
What if I want a refund?
A Season Pass can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the app. After the first charged month, a monthly plan is not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. Full detail is in our [Refund & Cancellation Policy](/refunds).
Is it safe to pay, and who am I paying?
