Jahziah registration and results: is it automatic, and does it affect graduation?

Is registration automatic?

ETEC works with universities to register students expected to graduate in the announced disciplines, so most candidates do not book a slot themselves. Your university and the Qiyas centre then send the date, time, and venue. If your graduation term changed, or you have not heard anything as the date nears, contact your university’s quality or exams office to confirm you are on the list.

How results are used

Results aggregate at programme level: they tell universities and ETEC how well a programme delivers its stated learning outcomes, and where to improve. They are not a gate you pass or fail to graduate, and individual scores are not published by the app. Treat your own result as a mirror of where your preparation is strong and where it needs work.
